How it works
Here’s the path from a problem you already have to a product that helps run it.
The journey
-
Tell us the problem
Start with whatever is actually costing you time or money, in whatever shape it’s in — a rough idea, notes, or something you’ve already tried. You don’t need a spec, a technical plan, or the right words for it.
-
We help define the product
We work with you to turn that problem into something that could actually be built: what it needs to do, who it needs to work for, and what counts as finished.
-
We work out whether it’s ready to build
Not everything is ready on the first pass. We look honestly at what’s been defined and tell you plainly whether it’s ready to build, or what needs to happen first.
-
You decide whether to go ahead
Nothing moves forward without you. Once you’ve seen what’s proposed, the decision to build it is yours, not ours.
-
We build it
We build the product with AI-assisted tooling, and it is independently reviewed before it launches.
-
You review real working product at meaningful points
You’re not shown a plan or a deck. At meaningful points along the way, you see and use the real, working product, and tell us what needs to change.
-
We can keep it running
Once it’s live, we can keep watching, maintaining and improving it as your business changes. How that works is agreed with you before anything starts.
None of this is fixed at the start. As you see the product operate and your business changes, what we build together keeps evolving at these same review points.
How we build it
Behind each step above is the same sequence, every time:
- Define
- Build
- Test
- Independently review
- Deploy
- Improve
Review is independent of whatever built the work, so nothing ships only because the thing that built it says so. For you, that means visible progress without having to manage the process.
How long a project takes depends on what we are building. We estimate it once we understand the scope, and we do not publish a number before then.
